This internship report focuses on my experience at Everest Enterprise during my internship in the Marketing department in 2023. Everest Enterprise is a renowned company known for its innovative marketing strategies and diverse product offerings. During my internship, I had the opportunity to work closely with the marketing team and gain practical insights into various marketing activities.

When it came time to select an internship placement during my studies at Green
Peace Lincoln College, I opted to pursue a placement with Everest Enterprise, a
highly accomplished marketing enterprise in Nepal.
The internship was a valuable experience for me, allowing me
to observe and learn about the daily operations of the bank. I gained practical
experience in dealing with customers and working in a professional setting,
making me more responsible, diligent, cooperative, disciplined, and
hard-working.

SUMMARY
As part of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
program requirements, Intern was obligated to complete an internship program of
at least two months. For internship, Intern chose to work at Everest Enterprise
in the Marketing Department at Dharan, to gain practical exposure to Marketing
activities.
Being a BBA student, practical orientation in an
organization is a compulsory requirement to fulfill the 8-week Internship
Program. Throughout the eight weeks of internship, Intern worked in the
Marketing department of Everest Enterprise, which provided a great opportunity
to gain practical knowledge that complemented the intern’s theoretical
knowledge. This report encompasses an overview of the intern experiences and
insights during the two-month internship period.
The marketing internship with Everest Enterprise provided a
comprehensive understanding of the industry, as well as insight into the inner
workings of a successful marketing team. Daily tasks included conducting market
research, creating engaging social media content, and contributing to the
development of marketing campaigns. The experience also allowed for
collaboration with various members of the team, including graphic designers,
copywriters, and project managers. By observing how each department contributes
to the larger marketing efforts, the internship provided valuable perspective
on the importance of teamwork and collaboration in achieving marketing
objectives.
In addition to contributing to the marketing team's efforts,
the internship provided ample opportunity for professional development. This
included attending team meetings and brainstorming sessions, participating in
workshops on marketing strategies, and networking with industry professionals.
